Governance Matters conducts an evaluation of the skills and diversity of the Board.

We use a survey designed to test:

  • Board member “basic” skills and
  • Board and board member “ideal” skills and diversity and how the current board composition measures up against that ideal

We then report on conclusions and make any recommendations on transitioning for the Board.
